Van obstructing view

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7093387.

A van always parks on the corner of Chester avenue and Waverley avenue, this poses a risk to motorists when crossing the junction as they cannot see oncoming cars clearly. There is a no park box marked but it’s fading away. I have seen accidents happen and near misses due to this van.
