Traffic light on maximum time

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7092784.

The lights from Abingdon towards Drayton are on maximum running time. Even when there is no traffic going towards Drayton and there is traffic on the other 2 approaches.
