There should be a right turn light here

This intersection is so dangerous. There should be right turn light here in all directions. Every single day, I and others almost have an accident. I'm turning right from Croftfoot Road onto Castlemilk Road and it's impossible to get thru these lights on a green. The light always changes to amber and at least 2 more cars drive through and then it turns to red and I'm already in the middle of the intersection and at least 1 more car runs the red light. This is absolutely every single evening coming home from work. It's super dangerous and really needs looked at.
