Hedges overgrown forcing cars into centre of road

For several mo the the hedges have overgrown and encroached on the highway forcing vehicles, particularly large vehicles such as coaches and trucks, into the middle of the road which is creating some dangerous situations. The hedges are overgrown both above and below the turnoff to Witheridge Hill on both sides of the carriageway but mostly on the opposite side to the turnoff.
