Flooding and mud to my property

The flood water comes each time it rains due to the fact the ditch and run offs have been left for over 20 years and are totally blocked ,the mess down church close has now become unbelievable due to a lack of maintenance by the council. Can you please get your crew to clear the ditch ASAP. As it is only a matter of time before na accident will occur.

  • Still waiting to hear from you as to what and when this problem will be resolved. We now are getting thick mud all down our street.

  • Thank you for proactively bringing the drainage issue at Church Close to our attention. Your vigilance helps us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Woodcote and Rotherfield is scheduled for gully emptying in the fourth quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
