Dog fouling in alley way from Coombelands Lane to Milton Road and near Ongar Place Primary school

Dog fouling in the alley way from Coombelands lane to Milton road there are patches of dog foul which have clearly been stepped on. Does not make our journey to Ongar Place primary school very pleasant, kids are probably stepping on it and bringing into the school where they have carpet time etc and sitting in dog poo! Also there was a lump of poo on the left hand side of Ongar school a few houses down on a bend under a big bush where it has sat for weeks and not been cleared away. It was there for so long untouched, it was looking mouldy! It now looks like it has moved and is now positioned flat in the middle of the pavement, again right next to the school where the kids have probably stepped on it and brought it into the school! It is absolutely foul! That road and alley way would benefit from regular cleaning and some clear signage to help with this issue as it happens so often!
