Temporary traffic lights again with no warning!

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7088160.

Another load of temporary lights been put up without any prior warning ahead I believe by company that keep thinking they can do whatever they want without letting villagers know in advance,last time this was done it wasn't even looked into by yourselves until the lights had gone,so please investigate a little quicker.
