Deep potholes damaging tyres
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7086686.
We were heading south on this road at night when we hit a very deep pothole that caused an immediate blowout to our front nearside tyre. Even before hitting it we could see that the side of the road was full of potholes, forcing us to drive in the centre of the road. Judging from the number of other reports on this issue, it looks like this road needs swift attention to make it safe for vehicles. The next day we saw a van pulled over, also with a tyre blowout from going over a pothole, just a few hundred yards in the other direction!
