4 Thirlmere on corner with Grisedale, Macclesfield

Large conifer hedge is overgrown and hangs almost half way over roadside pavement to such an extent it blocks proper pedestrian access and vehicle visibility around the corner into Grisedale. It only allows people to walk in single file around the corner which means that people with small children or grandchildren cannot properly supervise children without walking on the road. This hedge has been here for a number of years but gets thicker and overhangs more with time. The hedge needs to be significantly cut back or removed and replaced with a fence.

Ok so you have sent me an update on my reported problem with this headgear but there is no content to your update reply other than to say the case is closed as of today 4th March 2025, so what has/is being done to resolve the matter. As of today I have had to yet again walk on the road whilst taking my grandchildren to and collecting them from school.
