Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7085298.

Undoubtedly a local resident. Astonishingly, I counted 19 cars (18 parked correctly) which equates 3 cars per household at this block. Clearly that is not enough to satisfy residents.
