Bridge is messy and needs a clean

Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7084386.

The Wallington River Bridge railings on both sides, are very dirty and need a spruce up. It looks so unloved. We need to make Fareham look nice and jolly. Thanks kindly for your cooperation, Mrs CV Turner
