Cars are always park on zig zag lines on drop off and pick up they park on double yellow lines it’s dangerous if your coming out of Dulverton you can’t. See either you are edging out very slow your basically blind this happens every day you never see sparking warden there it’s happing on Torrington road blagdon road and Dulverton gardens between 8am-9am 12.30 1pm and 3.30 -3.45 pm
