They park there at least once a month if not more. It is illegal to park on double yellows

  • Actually it's not. There are several reasons you can legally park on double yellows. Can't see double yellows in the pictures do you mean the school zig zags. If so there is zero stopping on these during the hours of use. However this picture might have been taken outside the hours of restriction ie weekend or later in the evening.

  • Actually it is. There might be but they don’t apply to this car, no blue badge for example and parked there all night. It was definitely on the double yellows, if you know the street you’d recognise it is. Nope, no hourly restriction on the double yellows.
