Majority of bridge lights not working

Reported via mobile in the Street lighting category anonymously at 19:18, Monday 3 February 2025

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7080460.

The majority of lights are not working on this ‘active travel’ bridge for pedestrians and cyclists which connects Beith Street and Castlebank Street. Around at least 11 out of 15 are out. It has been like this for at least a month. Although the photo may not look it, this is quite a dark overpass to cross and one does not feel entirely safe at night. Broken paving slabs make it physically dangerous too. This bridge used to be quite attractive with the pink light poles but is clearly being neglected. Please give this bridge some attention.
