Potholes badly fixed/ unfixed

Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7080128.

Council have badly repaired some potholes near the top of the Rake but left those further down. The repairs make the road so bumpy that it is almost worse than the potholes themselves!
