Inappropriate Vans/Caravans near Primary

There are a number of what appear to be partly abandoned vans/caravans near Whitehall Primary. They need to be moved on. It is highly inappropriate for them to be parked here permanently. Right near a school. Where traffic is an issue for kids. The road already gets closed at drop off/pick up for safety concerns. Obviously crossing behind/in front of a van is dangerous. The vans parked here make it more dangerous for kids to travel to school safely. It is highly inappropriate not to mention causing fear of being dragged in also! Seriously. Please move them on. Vans/caravans near schools should always be a big No No! Thank you.
