Frontage of 21 Belgrave Road to its junction with Jesmond Crescent

Parking at the site has been obstructed from frontage of 21 Belgrave Road to the junction with Jesmond Crescent. This has been achieved by use of traffic cones covered in oil and sandbags. Residents cannot park after 6pm in accordance highway regulations.
