Parking outside junction for the past couple of weeks

Cars are parked outside the junctions of the shires where I live and also the meadows. It’s increasingly becoming worse and it’s more and more difficult for me to come out of the street safely and I am not able to see the cars coming passed because of this. The parking in Marshfield during school time is horrendously dangerous as people are parked on the double yellow lines on some bends when coming through Marshfield and I know some people have had near misses because of this. It’s taking twice as long as it previously did to get out of Marshfield.
