Hello the residents of 14 Hillview Road keep putting their wheelie bins in the road saving a parking space for themselves, parking is limited in this area and as far as I am aware saving a spot is not permitted, please can you write to them and ask them to stop. If this has come to the wrong department please can you forward it to the correct department. Thanks
