Usual black bags in usual hot spot location

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7072845.

Every week (at least) and without fail at least two black bags are dumped next to the flytipping magnet 'Litter & Dog Waste' street bin at this busy location.

This has been happening now for at least the last 5 years = ££££. And what steps have the council taken to try to stop it? Zero.

It's clearly a business so investigate, put warning signs up, and finally put an end to this costly game of whackamole. Thanks.
