Every time we have heavy rain, the rood at the location I've indicated floods. I have lived in the area for almost 4 years now and NOTHING has been done to fix this ongoing problem. What am I paying my council tax for? WHEN is this problem going to get fixed by the council? Why hasn't this problem been addressed sooner?
