Pavement on Castle Hill down to 30cm wide

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7069636.

This footpath is on a steep hill and is narrow at the best of times. Pedestrians now forced to walk right on the edge of the path risking being hit by traffic. Last time it was at its proper width was down to local volunteers.
