Illegal parking

The vehicle is parking in drygate on loading bays and not moving it change van but trailer same with lock on wheel all round drygate not paying for space using loading bays as park but he is a business using the drygate road so not to pay for parking from 8am till 6pm all week And on Saturday the road has lots of cars parking with out pay as no traffic warden in area Saturdays atall in drygate i can't park and I have permit to park in drygate people park on corners and double yellow lines and on pavements as well new law is in place
