Noisy manhole

Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7067536.

The manhole outside my bedroom window bangs noisily every time it is driven over which wakes me up. As a seriously ill disabled person, this is a big problem. I can even hear the double bump through earplugs. Can the council or whoever’s responsible it is please rectify the issue? Many thanks in advance, and kind regards.
