This junction needs a yellow box junction.

At peak times the amount of vehicles that enter the junction from Fosse rd north heading towards Blackbird rd Groby rd completely blocking the junction is ridiculous. It's getting worse the right hand turn filter for traffic turning from Henley rd is regularly blocked by up to 3 cars that have crossed the junction from Fosse rd by the park & are now blocking the outside lane for traffic coming from the opposite direction of Fosse rd north & down Henley rd. I have just watched 4 cycles of the traffic lights from Henley rd where the traffic on Henley rd can't move because of cars from Fosse rd constantly blocking the junction it's ridiculous.
