Over 30cm long, abrupt edged on Lower Street

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 15:57, Friday 31 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7065825.

This pothole has been here for several months but in the last couple of weeks, it has become considerably worse and now has quite a drop to one edge. Gravel has come out and it’s currently full of water so wouldn’t be seen at night. It would be very dangerous if a cyclist went down it as the bad edge is on the end that a cyclist would be going. I’m unsure how deep it is because it’s full of water but it certainly isn’t safe and will continue to get bigger as it’s the path of car tyres. The location is on Lower Street, about 10ft back from the junction to Church Street.
