Persistent long term parking of commercial vehicles on a provate estate

For some weeks, a variety of commercial vehicles have been parked overnight and weekends partly on the pavement of a private estate - Tudor Way. These vehicles present and obstruction to pedestrians and disabled vehicles. Vehicles have belonged to the Highways Authority and to Open Reach contractors.

  • Kept getting the run around from council to police to council both claiming that it was not their responsibility. No positive response from either but vehicle removed after over 2 weeks of 24/7 parking by an organisation not obviously related to either!
