Sadly, I was going to post another photo of the blocked gully but I can't do it today - as you can see, the water just isn't draining away

This problem is still in place, despite gulley cleaning by OCC. It is possible there is a problem under the road after considerable works last year. The PC would like to ask that this gulley is cleaned again and that the pipe under the road is checked.
