Every day my neighbour comes back from work he is reversing right back to within an inch of my bumper leaving me no room to get out. If the car was to stall for any reason then this would result in an incident. There is space in front in which could be parked in but he still feels the need to reverse within an inch of my bumper. I’m pregnant and this is causing me emotional distress I have brought this up with him and he just answered don’t stall then.
