Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7062496.

Bins left on the street, filled with mixed waste so won't be collected. 2 large Amazon logistics bags containing rubbish also left next to bins. Near number 172 De La Pole Avenue. Have been there since at least Tues 28th Jan.

Main rubbish has gone, but location still prone to bins/waste being left out quite regularly.
