Large advertising banner on railing near zebra crossing

This very large advertising banner has been here for a few weeks, and is on the railings just before the zebra crossing at the junction of Stepgates and Fordwater Road. This crossing is just along from the school in Stepgates where children cross and could cause a serious accident on the crossing if a driver is distracted.
