Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7061666.

Every exit and entry to this roundabout gets snarled up with normal traffic at busy times of the day eg morning and tea times because the lights change whilst cars are stuck on the roundabout. It takes 10 mins plus to get across the roundabout! This has been like this for weeks, since the new year.
