Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7061477.

This although it mentions a road traffic regulation has no force in law like a solid white line, yellow kerb markings or a metal sign on a grey post. It's misleading to everybody on Nelson Road who needs to use every parking space there is available
