Cars parking on double yellow line on Eagle road

Cars are being parked on double yellow lines causing obstruction and forcing cars to drive on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic over a blind hill. Also cars parked around Harley Davidson on double yellows are causing obstruction preventing car entering Eagle road from Holland road
