Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7060904.

This is everyday cars parked illegally blocking pedestrians from walking safely on the pavement.

Updates

Apparently the council are taking steps to stop this, let's see if they are capable of doing so.
