Drain inspection cover on junction of Hilland Road and Hillyfield RH14 9ZS
Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7060803.
This drain inspection cover is making annoying banging sound when traffic flows over it causing a disturbance when trying to sleep. As you can see, an attempt was made about a week ago by replacing some of the tarmac around it but that has not fixed the problem. Location is at the junction of Hilland Road and Hillyfield in Billingshurst, West Sussex RH14 9ZS

Amblehurst Green management company are claiming it's not their responsibility. I have contacted west sussex highways and Bellway builders who also deny responsibility. I fear this will never be sorted sadly.
