Dear Highways and Transport Department,
I am writing to seek guidance and approval for the proposed relocation of a residential parking sign situated on the pavement outside my property at 2 Oakland Road, Redland, Bristol, BS6 6ND. As part of planned works to convert the existing residential path into a driveway, we intend to move the parking sign approximately one meters to the right to prevent obstruction of the new entrance.
Could you please advise on the necessary procedures, permissions, and any potential implications associated with this relocation? Additionally, I would appreciate information on any specific requirements or considerations that need to be addressed in our planning application to Bristol City Council.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your guidance on this matter.
Kind regards,
Sam Livingstone 07956 601612
