Badly cracked snd broken dropped kerb /pavement where large vehicles drive down the round and mount the pavement

This 2 metre length of cracked pavement was passed to be repaired and etm who turned up to repair it with tarmac over a year ago to which i stopped then as it should be done in concrete the same as the pavement . I then contacted the council who emailed me back saying it needs to be repaired in like for like (concrete ) but for some reason this job has been closed even though there has been 2 falls its a trip hazzard it is breaking up even more now
