Faded 'School Keep Clear' zig zag road marking by school gates

Reported via desktop in the Roads category anonymously at 14:34, Thursday 30 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7059698.

Bayswater Avenue is a busy cut through for traffic and also many vehicles are parked on the road side. Cars need to give way for oncoming traffic and pull in on the school zig zags. This is dangerous at busy drop off and pick up times as children walk straight out of school onto the street and then cross the road. It would be good to make drivers more aware that this is could be a hazard by having clear and bright yellow painted markings. There are 2 entrances and zig zag lines to the school - one entrance adjacent to St Alban's Church and another further up Bayswater Avenue. Both entrances to school have faded zigzag markings.
