Dear Sirs, (Ref. ENQ241023657) thank you for checking and updating on this matter. Understand that this for the utility company to deal with. However, it's been over 2 months now and the problem is still unresolved. I'm happy to contact that company directly if you are able to advise on that. Otherwise, could you kindly let me know how long it usually takes to sort this out?! Thank you.
