Edge if road eroding

There is run off from the adjacent field EVERY time it rains and this flows down the edge of the road to the drainage hole( See picture) The edge of the road has been destroyed and there are multiple pot holes because if this . Until the drainage flows into the ditch and not the road this will be a never ending problem. Is is getting quite dangerous
