All the pedestrian lights aren’t working properly

As a person with a learning disability who walks up hope street coming from Glasgow central station all the pedestrian lights seem to be not working properly even through there ment to be on sensors but some aren’t even functioning properly or not coming on at all can they all not come on at the same time as one side of hope street coming down from the theatre royal is working but other side isn’t can someone please fix this as it’s not safe for me at the moment as this my route to work from the station please thank you
