Inconsiderate parking during school pick up/drop off

Since the nursery has relocated from the village hall to the primary school (Jan 2025) we’ve see an increase in the inconsiderate parking 100%. Kitelee Close has always been used as a defacto carpark by parents going to collect children from the school, with parking blocking or partially blocking pavements for pedestrians, or cars on both sides of the road blocking access for emergency vehicles, residents and their visitors. Cars are often blocking driveways at the top of the street restricting access to these properties. Since the move of the nursery earlier this month, this traffic has increased exponentially and is making the street inaccessible and intolerant during pick up/drop off hours. My elderly mother was even shouted at by a motorist while crossing the street and the parent was using Kitelee as a turning circle.
