Numerous potholes and cracking

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7056455.

The road condition on the junction is severely poor. There are numerous potholes and a long large crack in the junction. I am unable to go through the junction (when coming from from Gayhurst towards Bunsty Farm) without slowing down to a maximum of 5 MPH due to the damaged road being so undulated it causes large thuds and bangs going through it.
