No step-free access to the car park on Level 1

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7056183.

A change in the construction around the car park now means there is no step-free access to L1 of the car park. Any wheelchair user, parent with buggy or anyone else with impaired mobility coming in from the Frogmore St/Pipe Lane side can only access L1 via steps. This is particularly disappointing as L1 is where the parent and child parking spaces are.
