Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7055889.

There is a black board / structure / advertising material blocking parking permanently pls remove it immediately nisa store infront of door where parking is parking spot no 1 pls remove it immediately as this black structure is permanently used as blocking the space which is illegal in this country to artificially create no parking zone on public land you can see it from 58 arrow close luton lu3 3lr as well pls pls remove
