Dog fouling
Not reported to council
Lots of dog foul from lynmouth close, woodland street, castle view gulley etc needs cleaning up big piles of it and where people have walked in it or pushed prams wheelchairs through it, people walk their dogs in the dark so no one sees their dog fouling, so don't have pick it up early in the morning and night time, disgusting
