Water run off from fields, causes ice patches

This corner has had an accident recently. It also has a motorbike warning leading into the bend. During the winter if there has been any rain the water from the field runs across the road, which creates a slipping hazard, especially for motorcycles. When the temperature is around 0-2 degrees, the water freezes, making the corner dangerous.
