Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7055349.

There are a pair of rainwater gullies in the middle of the roundabout. Both are blocked and there's constantly a big puddle here. As a result, the road surface around these covers has broken down and there's now a big pot hole here, filled with water
