Manhole and surround dangerous

This raised manhole and surround have now separated, there is a 15cm open gap along one side. This is where horses and pedestrians use the pedestrian crossing, needs urgent attention

Updates

Metal plate and concrete surround needs proper repair, rather than just pushing it back on top of the hole, it's still unstable and dangerous!
